In Short

  • Seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager for Japan.
  • Manage sales and post-sales support of Element’s AVITI system and consumables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
  • Drive growth of Instrument and Consumable product lines.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical training for distribution employees.
  • Resolve complex problems with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor competitors and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Manage communication with distributors.
  • Report to the Director of Sales – APJ.

Requirements

  • Degree in life science or biomedical engineering.
  • Significant sales management experience, preferably in NGS Capital Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in distributor networks.
  • Self-starter with innovative thinking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong relationship and networking skills.
  • Commercially astute with negotiation skills.
  • Experience in market analysis.
  • Ability to work across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
