Element Biosciences is on a mission to empower the scientific community with more freedom and flexibility, and we are seeking a Director, Global Single Cell & Spatial Strategic Partnerships to drive commercial success in this area.

In Short

  • Establish and execute strategies for obtaining new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and KOLs.
  • Work on commercial partnerships in the Single Cell and Spatial Biology market.
  • Support field sales and marketing efforts alongside R&D.
  • Develop account strategies with Account Executives.
  • Manage customer relationships pre-sale and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Forecast customer demand accurately.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer interactions.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field, with 7+ years in commercial sales or business development.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales.
  • Strong foundation in Genetics and Molecular Biology.
  • Deep knowledge of decision makers in the sequencing and spatial biology community.
  • Ability to present unique solutions during negotiations.
  • Experience in team environments to drive revenue opportunities.
  • Wet lab training experience.
  • Proven strategic sales skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong desire to build customer relationships.
