Overview

The Area Leader for the Vespel® team at DuPont is responsible for leading a diverse team in the manufacturing of Vespel® Polyimide Resins, ensuring compliance with safety and quality metrics while driving continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage the manufacturing team for Vespel® Resins.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 5+ years of industrial experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Process Safety Management.
• Proven track record of driving change and performance improvement.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in cost management.
• Strategic planning and business analysis skills.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Expertise in TEEP/OEE metrics.
