Overview

The Customer Success Manager at DroneSense is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success with the DroneSense platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance public safety missions.

In Short

  • Drive customer success through product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Advocate for customer needs to the Product team.
  • Monitor account health and achieve operational KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful Customer Business Reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Present product roadmaps to customers.
  • Respond to complex customer RFPs and RFIs.
  • Document key conversations and flag issues proactively.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in public safety preferred.
  • Prior experience with UAS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern networking and cloud installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Hubspot, and Zendesk.
  • Strong influencing skills and a team-first mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
