Overview

DroneSense, part of Versaterm, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance public safety technology through innovative design solutions for first responders.

In Short

• Work across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
• Engage directly with First Responders for feedback and research.
• Execute high-quality UX and UI designs in Figma.
• Manage and grow the design system and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to create build-ready designs.
• Champion user-centered design principles.
• Showcase work to stakeholders regularly.
• Contribute to the alignment of the Versaterm product portfolio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, iOS, and Android products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bonus for experience in UAS and public safety.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
