As a Key Account Manager at Doonails, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with our drugstore partners, ensuring our brand is prominently visible in the market.

In Short

  • Strategic expansion of retail partnerships.
  • Independent management and development of clients in the drugstore and perfumery sector, mainly in the DACH region.
  • Building long-term relationships at decision-maker level and actively expanding our presence in retail.
  • Development of individual growth strategies in close collaboration with marketing, trade marketing, and operations.
  • Market and sales analysis to identify revenue potentials.
  • Creation of solid business cases, forecasts, and target planning for your accounts.
  • Negotiation of terms, annual agreements, and special placements.
  • Management and implementation of all commercial conditions, including assortment management.
  • Conceptualization and implementation of POS activations and promotions.
  • Monitoring and reporting of accounts to track goals.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally focused on retail and beauty.
  • A keen eye for brand presentation, target group needs, and relevant retail trends.
  • High self-motivation, reliability, and a confident demeanor.
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with enthusiasm for brand building in retail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and independent execution of negotiations.
  • Self-responsible reporting and KPI tracking for active management of growth targets.
  • Initiative and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational talent and structured working style.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
