Overview

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Doonails, you will actively shape the growth of the company by developing strategic trading relationships in the drugstore market and working data-driven to achieve concrete performance solutions.

In Short

  • Build relationships that go beyond sales.
  • Independently manage and develop customers in the perfumery and drugstore segment, especially in the DACH region.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships at decision-maker levels.
  • Strategically develop account-specific growth plans.
  • Analyze sales figures, market movements, and competitive data to derive concrete measures for revenue and brand development.
  • Responsible for forecasts, revenue accountability, planning, and goal achievement.
  • Conceptualize and implement POS activations, promotions, and new launches.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing and Key Account Managers.
  • Negotiate and manage all commercial conditions.
  • Plan seasonal actions in retail.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally focused on retail and beauty.
  • A keen eye for brand presentation, target group needs, and relevant retail trends.
  • High self-motivation, reliability, and a confident demeanor.
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with enthusiasm for brand building in retail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and independent execution of condition negotiations.
  • Self-responsible reporting and KPI tracking to actively manage and achieve growth targets.
  • Initiative and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational talent and structured working style.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
