Overview

The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for selling solutions and managing the entire portfolio within strategic customer accounts, focusing on retaining and growing relationships, penetrating existing accounts, and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
  • Five years of Diagnostics Sales Experience.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for customer partnerships.
  • Experience in long-term capital equipment sales processes.
  • Skills in financial analysis and understanding healthcare economics.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer engagement.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.
