As a Software Engineer on the Platform Development Team at Docebo, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing highly scalable, distributed backend systems and services, while working in an Agile environment.

In Short

Design and develop scalable platform services and APIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver robust platform capabilities.
Champion high standards of code quality and security.
Participate in Agile ceremonies for effective sprint execution.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
Drive architectural improvements and reduce technical debt.
Provide expert-level operational support for platform services.
4+ years of development experience required.
Knowledge of GoLang and Object Oriented Design Patterns.
Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.

Requirements

Enterprise-level project experience in scalable web applications.
In-depth knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes.
Experience with version control systems and containerization.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues.
Understanding of web-related security issues.
Command of the English language.
Experience with automated testing, including TDD.
Deep understanding of cross-functional software development.
