In Short

  • Sell into and manage relationships with enterprise-level prospects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communications with these accounts.
  • Provide territory and key account planning using extensive sales experience.
  • Inspire and educate accounts on the value of our LMS solution.
  • Leverage value engineering partners for excellent ROI analysis.
  • Craft and close large, complex deals with C-level executives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to aid in strategic planning.
  • Develop strong relationships with post-sales teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for innovation in learning and development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Enterprise SaaS software sales or account management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the HR software space, preferably LMS.
  • Proven success as a quota-crushing sales professional.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Strong organizational skills with an updated pipeline.
  • Natural confidence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple internal resources.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
