  • Lead educational initiatives and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with sales to nurture and grow relationships with enterprise brands.
  • Develop tailored success plans for each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions for clients’ challenges.
  • Represent Later at industry events and position the company as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams for successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Gather market insights and client feedback for product development.
  • Drive proactive engagement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in high-level networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in strategic account management or sales with enterprise brands.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management skills to achieve defined business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Proven success in building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Travel required.
