Software Engineer - Platform Team - Remote

Overview

As a software engineer on our platform team, you’ll work on all aspects of Synctera’s infrastructure and many components within our overall platform, including a number of core application services, customer and internal-facing infrastructure, and tooling to improve our internal developer experience.

In Short

• Collaborate with product team to develop solutions for financial services challenges.
• Define and drive infrastructure and developer experience roadmap.
• Design and maintain Google Cloud and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Develop services and utilities in Go.
• Participate in on-call rotation for platform stability.
• Advocate for modern infrastructure best practices.
• Work across teams to enhance developer experience.
• Identify and implement efficient technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Go or comparable structured language.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Experience with major cloud providers, preferably Google Cloud.
