Overview

As a Lead Product Manager at Synctera, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, focusing on Risk and Compliance features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in banking and financial services, especially in Risk and Compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to navigate conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-impact projects.
• Team player who values feedback and collaboration.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in compliance is a plus.
• Understanding of banking regulations is preferred.
