Overview

The Sales Director at Synctera will lead the charge in driving new revenue and building relationships within the fintech ecosystem, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Identify and engage fintechs that align with our embedded banking solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with product, engineering, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery, solutioning, and commercial conversations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth handoffs.
  • Work with marketing on segment-focused messaging and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Share insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience selling financial technology or API-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Existing network in fintech is a plus.
