Software Engineer - Platform Team - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer on our growing platform team, you'll be responsible for full system development including design, coding, and deployment of our platform services.

In Short

• Design and develop highly flexible common components and APIs.
• Interact with software architects and senior developers.
• Design and construct integrations using Java RESTful services.
• Work closely with QA engineers for automation.
• Full system development including design, coding, and deployment.
• Provide reporting, analytics, and querying layers.
• Extend Zuora's data model with schema modifications.
• Work on near real-time data synchronization and integration framework.
• Collaborate within an agile development team.
• Passion for exploring new application development technologies.

Requirements

• BE/BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON).
• Understanding of microservices frameworks.
• Experience developing apps on a PaaS.
• Disciplined self-starter with productivity in collaboration.
• Tons of great ideas and problem-solving skills.
• Any Cloud service provider experience.
