Overview

The Director of General Management will lead the operations team within the designated market, overseeing P&L responsibilities, engaging with sales and finance teams, and ensuring alignment with the operational vision and strategy.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required + 10 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with P&L financial management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-35%.
• Must clear a background and drug test.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
