Overview

The Client Trainer II (Retail) is responsible for delivering high-impact, educational and consulting content both onsite and through virtual training sessions to Cox Automotive dealer clients.

In Short

  • Deliver training and consulting to automotive dealer clients.
  • Conduct both onsite and virtual training sessions.
  • Maintain knowledge of automotive trends and products.
  • Customize training curriculum based on dealer needs.
  • Travel 100% of the time for training purposes.
  • Communicate training documentation and status effectively.
  • Participate in product development and enhancement reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with dealer leadership teams.
  • Assist with departmental projects and internal training.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in training on assigned products.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS/BA with 2 years’ related work experience.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive weekly and overnight travel.
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Cox Automotive products preferred.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for training and customer engagement.
  • Ability to customize training for diverse customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Retail automotive sales management experience is a plus.
