Client Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Client Trainer supports the company’s customer support activities by educating Clients on all facets of the PracticeMatch website via virtual and onsite sessions and webinars, and providing continuous training and support.

In Short

• Facilitate hands-on interactive training of proprietary physician recruitment software.
• Follow established client training curriculum.
• Assist Training Manager with maintaining training materials.
• Help develop in-house training programs.
• Some travel may be required within the continental United States.
• Onsite presence required at least twice a week for the first 90 days.
• Work towards improving the effectiveness of training.
• Engage clients during training sessions.
• Adapt training to different learning styles.
• Build relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• One year related experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in facilitating adult learning/training preferred.
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
• Strong listening skills and ability to address client needs.
• Experience conducting client training sessions.
• Excellent judgment and discretion in handling priorities.
• Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
