Overview

The Tier 2 Account Executive III at Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to new and existing clients, focusing on maintaining and growing revenue through various sales strategies.

In Short

  • Develop strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain and grow revenue through renewals and upselling.
  • Drive the negotiation and contracting processes.
  • Perform account planning and coordinate with internal resources.
  • Proactively prospect and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing for retention efforts.
  • Enhance relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Complete required certifications and additional duties as assigned.
  • Expected to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record in closing sales and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to assess client environments and prioritize opportunities.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous growth mindset with a focus on learning.
