Overview

As a Microsoft Partner Sales Manager, you will take a central role in driving strategic growth initiatives between T-Systems and Microsoft, supporting co-selling activities and aligning incentives within the Microsoft ecosystem.

In Short

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives with Microsoft.
  • Support co-selling activities and incentive alignment.
  • Coordinate joint account planning with Microsoft teams.
  • Maintain pipeline transparency and contribute to forecasting accuracy.
  • Organize joint sales briefings and enablement sessions.
  • Create and manage sales collateral and sales kits.
  • Assist in the application and tracking of Microsoft incentive programs.
  • Guide solution owners in listing offers on Azure Marketplace.
  • Participate in business reviews and joint planning workshops with Microsoft.
  • Act as an operational interface to Microsoft and internal units.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and opportunity management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
