FP&A Director (GTM & Sales) - Remote

Overview

The Director of GTM / Sales Finance will be responsible for leading and optimizing the financial support for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, specifically focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.

• Serve as a key financial advisor to the GTM teams.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for sales capacity planning.
• Lead the development of revenue forecasting models.
• Collaborate on incentive compensation plans.
• Lead budgeting and planning for GTM departments.
• Monitor and analyze GTM team performance against KPIs.
• Work closely with Corporate FP&A and accounting.
• Support pricing and deal structures through financial analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for business initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Finance or similar roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of sales processes.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• Expertise in financial tools like Adaptive Insights.
• Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
• CPA/CFA preferred.
