Overview

As the Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager at Deel, you will own the strategy, creation, and execution of scalable partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, and co-sell activation across Deel’s partner ecosystem.

• Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle.
• Build “campaigns-in-a-box” for Partner Managers.
• Manage campaign calendars and delivery processes.
• Develop campaign assets like landing pages and social kits.
• Collaborate with partner managers to drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Track campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
• Define and track campaign KPIs to optimize effectiveness.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS, demand generation, or channel marketing.
• Experience building and executing integrated partner campaigns globally.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with EMEA & APAC regions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
