In Short

  • Drive Product-Led Growth and Self-Service initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
  • Build and optimise self-serve user journeys across web and in-app.
  • Partner with Growth Analytics to measure experiments and growth levers.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing for alignment on product and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing and user research.
  • Champion a data-informed approach to prioritise growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user onboarding and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and sales processes.
