Overview

As the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for Vention’s digital lead generation and qualification activities, optimizing for pipeline generation and managing a sizable paid marketing budget across various campaigns and channels.

In Short

  • Develop and execute Vention lead acquisition strategy for performance marketing and organic/SEO channels
  • Manage a team of senior performance marketers
  • Allocate paid marketing spend to maximize pipeline creation
  • Maintain understanding of paid campaign performance through analytics
  • Optimize traffic-to-lead conversions
  • Leverage behavioral analytics for retargeting ad campaigns
  • Build and maintain Vention’s attribution model
  • Ensure data integrity between go-to-market tools
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations for process flow

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, data science, mathematics or economics
  • 8-10 years of experience managing paid marketing
  • Skilled in data and system architecture
  • Proven expertise in CRM management
  • Track record of managing external marketing spend over $5M
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM mechanisms
