Overview

As the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for digital lead generation and qualification activities at Vention, optimizing pipeline generation and managing a substantial marketing budget.

In Short

  • Develop and execute Vention's lead acquisition strategy for performance marketing and organic/SEO channels.
  • Manage a team of senior performance marketing specialists.
  • Allocate marketing budget to maximize pipeline creation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide real-time reporting.
  • Optimize user conversion paths through collaboration with the web team.
  • Utilize behavioral analytics to shape retargeting campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain Vention's attribution model.
  • Ensure effective data integration across market-related tools.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data architecture.
  • Collaborate with sales operations for seamless processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, mathematics, or economics.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in paid marketing management.
  • Advanced skills in data architecture and systems.
  • Proven expertise in CRM management.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget over $5M.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM mechanisms.
