Director of Growth - Remote

Overview

As Manifest’s first dedicated growth leader, you will own and drive the strategy for launching a new vertical from 0 to 1 and scaling our existing customer base.

In Short

• Develop and lead the GTM strategy for launching and scaling new verticals.
• Identify and segment target audiences within SMBs.
• Define and execute customer acquisition strategies.
• Oversee brand messaging and positioning.
• Work cross-functionally to align product, marketing, and sales.
• Set clear, data-driven goals for growth initiatives.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track performance.
• Develop and execute strategies for launching a new vertical.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product, and sales teams.
• Drive brand-led growth and ensure value proposition resonates with SMBs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or go-to-market strategy.
• Proven 0-to-1 growth expertise.
• Experience in B2C or consumer-focused growth.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• A strategic mindset for defining and executing GTM strategy.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a startup environment.
