Overview

The Robotics Sales Manager DACH will drive sales of Vention’s automation solutions in the DACH region, focusing on customer relationships and project management.

In Short

  • Drive sales of Vention’s solutions in the DACH region.
  • Develop and manage a network of channel partners.
  • Own all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead project discoveries for automation projects.
  • Maximize sales within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with Vention Application Engineers and teams.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop applications.
  • Train Vention sales teams on technical selling.
  • Travel required: 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in automation or robotics sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering preferred.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business and technical acumen with a focus on customer success.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep interest in innovation, robotics, and AI.
