Overview

The Account Manager will support and expand assigned customers across Dealfront’s existing customer base, focusing on the DACH region while collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure customer progression.

In Short

  • Own the commercial strategy for assigned customers
  • Perform Account Mapping activities to identify opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify decision makers for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams
  • Participate in retention and renewal processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of meeting quotas
  • Ability to assess business opportunities quickly
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Passion for building relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage up to 300 clients
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English
