The Revenue Marketing Manager (DACH) is responsible for driving demand, pipeline, and revenue growth across the DACH region — Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — by executing high-impact, locally relevant revenue marketing programs.

  • Monitor and optimise performance using key metrics.
  • Share DACH-specific market insights with wider teams.
  • Test, iterate, and improve regional programs for better impact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing to DACH audiences.
  • Strong understanding of DACH-specific buyer behaviour and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in demand generation and pipeline management.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in optimising campaigns based on performance data.
  • Ability to adapt global strategies to local needs.
