In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion opportunities within the DACH mid-market segment.
  • Partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximise pipeline generation.
  • Build and optimise sales processes tailored to the DACH market.
  • Participate in complex sales cycles and support AEs in negotiations.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide sales forecasting.
  • Represent Dealfront at industry events.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent.
