In Short

• Scale, manage and mentor a team of Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive business growth for Postman with new and existing enterprise accounts.
• Coach team members to develop territory plans.
• Guide the team on educating customers about Postman paid plans.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with various teams to build strategic adoption plans.
• Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs.
• Listen closely and promote growth for direct reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years leading a Mid-Market sales team.
• Relevant sales experience in an enterprise SaaS organization.
• Experience selling developer and/or technical products.
• Strong experience with sales training methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong track record in large enterprise and mid-market organizations.
• Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly.
• Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
