Overview

The Account Manager will manage a book of client business, serving as an advisor on service and operations-related issues while contributing to corporate-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as primary service contact.

  • Compile and distribute reports to clients.

  • Knowledge of business-to-business sales principles preferred.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of account management or client service experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in client-related project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Proven problem identification and solving capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of business-to-business sales principles.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the vision care industry is preferred.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
