Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with our clients, assist in onboarding new clients, and serve as a key liaison between our clients, the business development team, and account services (operations & project management), helping to streamline communication and enhance service delivery.

In Short

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and integrate new clients seamlessly
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients, the business development team, and account services
  • Partner with learning & development to design and implement tailored training programs
  • Coordinate and deliver both virtual and onsite training sessions
  • Provide continuous support and resources to clients
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations and reports
  • Support the business development team with client acquisition efforts
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and address concerns
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or related role
  • Experience designing training programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
