In Short

  • Active prospecting in relevant market segments in North America
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas for the H5P Product
  • Directly contribute to the value of H5P Group as a company by generating revenue
  • Making prospecting an integral part of your regular routine ensuring new prospects are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis
  • Following up trial users regularly and advising them on how to succeed with H5P.com
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts
  • Contribute ideas, suggestions, and strategies to help shape H5P as a company and improve our internal sales processes
  • Gather feedback so as to communicate with our product development team on ways in which we can ultimately improve our platform.
  • To be successful as an Account Executive at H5P Group, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely.
  • Attend training events throughout the year and participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate to grow and develop personal skills which ensure you are equipped to provide the best possible service to customers to achieve your own personal growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Sales or Business Development, preferable in EdTech solutions and Open Source software
  • Must have an understanding of EdTech, Higher Education, Pedagogy or learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
  • Must have strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and dealing with top decision makers
  • The ability to “think on your feet” and juggle many projects/tasks at once.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations (i.e. managing several operational tasks/systems and communications simultaneously).
  • A self-driven person that likes to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Service-minded.
  • Familiarity with the CRM Copper and Salesforce is a plus!
