In Short

• Build strong relationships and manage a healthy P&L with existing accounts.
• Develop effective sales plans to exceed sales objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives.

• Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs with the proposal team.
• Conduct onsite visits with clients to foster relationships.

• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development in IT Staffing.
• 5+ years with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients.
• Experience in building sales automation systems.
• Open to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills to execute clear vision and strategy.
• Ability to learn and adapt to deliver results.
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date with recruitment trends.
