Overview

The Business Development Representative will extend our business activities in the blockchain and cryptocurrency compliance sector, making meaningful contributions and growing their sales career.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with industry executives.
  • Build valuable prospect pipelines through various channels.
  • Oversee sales activities across North America, focusing on the US market.
  • Partner with Sales Executives to source new pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed quotas and KPIs.
  • Document details of opportunities for follow-up.
  • Support marketing programs and lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and self-improvement.
  • Some Customer Success responsibilities may be included.

Requirements

  • Experience selling across North America, especially in the US.
  • Preferred experience in crypto/blockchain compliance or SaaS.
  • Experience selling to AML and compliance teams is a plus.
  • Four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects at the Executive level.
  • High energy, growth mindset, and focus on exceeding sales plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Creativity, grit, and customer focus are essential.
