Overview

The REMLO Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in expanding Texana Bank’s REMLO Program by recruiting qualified Real Estate Agents. This position is a non-originating role that does not require NMLS registration and does not involve any licensed mortgage activities.

In Short

  • Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents for participation in the Texana REMLO Program.
  • Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with Texana Bank’s REMLO Program objectives.
  • Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the REMLO network.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations, ensuring no involvement in loan origination or point-of-sale systems.
  • Part-time position.
  • Hourly, non-exempt.
  • Must have an active real estate license.
  • Base wages required.
  • Eligible for recruiting overrides based on actual recruitment efforts.
  • Compensation structure may include basis points (bps) on designated/recruited production.
  • Optional REMLO Compensation Cap applies.

  • Active real estate license.
  • Experience in business development or recruitment.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
