Overview

Texana Bank is looking for a Recruiter with mortgage recruiting experience to fill internal mortgage sales and operations roles.

In Short

• Consult with management to identify personnel needs and job specifications.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to multiple job boards.
• Source resumes and candidates from various job boards and cold calling.
• Build a network of candidates for frequently posted positions.
• Review resumes and interview applicants to gather work history and qualifications.
• Coordinate management interviews and schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
• Work independently and promote a positive work environment.
• Consistent attendance is required.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Mortgage Industry.
• Strong screening and qualifying skills over the phone and in person.
• Ability to collaborate with the HR team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
