Overview

The Mortgage Loan Originator Team Lead is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans and supporting the loan production efforts within the branch.

• Responsible for originating mortgage loans in accordance with company guidelines
• Conduct borrower interviews to gather financial information
• Evaluate financial documents to determine loan programs
• Educate clients on loan products and procedures

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• Valid NMLS license as required by regulations
• Previous experience in mortgage lending preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office
