Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruiting.

• Mortgage loan originator recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in recruiting tools and social media.
• Exceptional networking skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
