Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at ARC Health is responsible for driving growth and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with provider groups, focusing on the greater Ann Arbor, MI area.

In Short

  • Build awareness of mental health services through outreach methods.
  • Utilize multi-channel sales approaches to manage relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify high-priority accounts.
  • Liaise between Marketing and Intake for lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships for patient referrals.
  • Collaborate to meet individual and team goals.
  • Design and execute market development plans.
  • Achieve financial targets for assigned areas.
  • Communicate business opportunities with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of business development and marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years in B2B healthcare sales.
  • 2+ years in referral development and management.
  • Experience with successful development strategies.
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Candidates must live within 2 hours of Ann Arbor, MI.
