Overview

The mission is to provide the best big data platform for all Coupang employees, enabling them to easily search for necessary data and analyze it without concerns about stability and scalability, ultimately creating the best customer experience.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission-critical projects.
• Design and build big data platform architecture.
• Operate and optimize EMR clusters.
• Build and optimize Spark as a Service.
• Develop services to improve cluster operation efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in one or more languages: Java, Scala, Python (8+ years of experience).
• Experience in operating and processing with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop, Hive, Spark (5+ years of experience).
• Development experience in a Linux environment.
