Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing a field sales team to accomplish company revenue and sales objectives. They will guarantee the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives by providing field insights into customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or comparable discipline preferred.
  • Seven years experience in a Sales/Marketing position.
  • Thorough knowledge of the building products industry.
  • Problem solving and sales negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • General knowledge of major competitive building product lines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and present training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Requires heavy travel (60 – 80%).
