Overview

Convera is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support B2B sales across the LACA (Latin America and the Caribbean) region, focusing on Financial Institutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for building and delivering a pipeline of Financial Institutions in LACA.
  • Must speak English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Manage the entire 360-degree sales process independently.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Use market data to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs and report on revenue growth.
  • Engage new prospects and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Participate in industry events to promote solutions.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support for client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Financial Institutions.
  • Extensive sales experience within a global organization.
  • Strong sales management and strategic account management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently to meet KPIs.
