Overview

The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a non-profit dedicated to equipping the next generation of Americans with the skills to communicate and collaborate across lines of difference. We work with U.S. colleges and universities by providing co-curricular programming for students, professional development for faculty and staff, and strategic guidance to leadership. Our goal is to foster constructive dialogue at every level of the institution and to create the conditions for lasting organizational change.

In Short

• Support CDI’s partnerships and initiatives as a Program Manager.
• Full-time, remote role focused on project coordination and content support.
• Maintain Asana projects and documentation for visibility across teams.
• Coordinate activities for complex projects involving campus stakeholders.
• Manage project communication and draft emails on behalf of CDI staff.
• Design processes to improve coordination and efficiency.
• Tailor presentation materials to align with project needs.
• Manage calendars and schedule partner engagements.
• Track decision-making and follow-up tasks.
• Collaborate with CDI staff to refine content and maintain consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Asana.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to CDI’s mission.
