Overview

The VP of Leadership Programs will define the strategy, design, and long-term direction of CDI's leadership programs, equipping presidents and senior university leaders to build campus cultures that support constructive dialogue, open inquiry, and free expression.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced degree required.
  • Experience leading complex programs.
  • Extensive experience with senior institutional leaders.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Experience building and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with higher education challenges.
  • Experience designing leadership development programs.
