GiveDirectly is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP, Programs to lead its global cash transfer programs, ensuring excellence in program design and execution while managing a large team across multiple countries.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of 600+ staff.
• Deliver $150M+ in cash transfers efficiently and safely.
• Drive strategy and planning for regional and global program priorities.
