• Lead and develop high-performing teams of 600+ staff.
• Oversee and scale program execution of $150M+ in cash transfers.
• Drive strategy and planning for regional and global program priorities.
• Strengthen governance and risk management across operations.

• Travel 25% of the time to engage with teams in Africa and the US.
