VP of Client Programs - Remote

Overview

The VP of Client Programs will lead and manage the operation and performance of all ZBeta teams engaged in system design, project management, and managed services for our entire client portfolio.

• Lead and manage ZBeta teams in system design and project management.
• Drive successful client relationships and program growth.
• Oversee program, account, and project management services.
• Develop new project management tools and processes.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations.
• Conduct regular program/account review meetings.

• Support new business acquisition activities.
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of all scope obligations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of physical security industry experience.
• Five years in a senior management position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in low voltage and physical security technology.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
