Overview

GiveDirectly is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP, Programs to lead its global cash transfer programs, delivering $150m in cash transfers to people in poverty and crisis.

In Short

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of 600+ staff.
• Oversee and scale program execution for cash transfers.
• Drive strategy and planning for regional and global program priorities.
• Strengthen governance and risk management compliance.
• Expand GiveDirectly’s impact through partnerships and evaluations.
• Represent GiveDirectly externally to stakeholders and forums.
• Travel 25% of the time to engage with teams in Africa and the US.
• Work remotely with a preference for candidates in Africa.

• Ensure excellence in program design and execution.
